Sakhile was raised by a single mom and from early on had a unique understanding of music and theater.She has worked as a model ,actress and singer.Her passion for music and self expression through theater has helped her through some of the darkest phases in a her young adult life.

The Greatest challenge for young African artists is acceptance.Philaaah has struggled with her dream , starting of in the church choir and at some point facing  pressure from family to abondon the dream however through it all her mother has been the greatest influence and her strength to this day. She loves God with all her might and her mission in life is to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ through music and creative arts.
